Since 1987 Deer Creek Farm has been supplying produce to Twin Cities restaurants and markets, recently adding lamb and jam to their inventory of locally grown products. Ann is a member of the Scott County Farm Advisory Board and Land Stewardship Project, and is also a Business Analyst for Hennepin County during the day.
Eagle Creek Honey Farm (Shakopee, MN) showcases the abundance and amazing flavors of good foods produced in the lower Minnesota River Valley. They offer local and raw honey and bee-pollinated fruits.
Natalie and Josh Kelly started Twin Cities Local Food (TCLF) in 2012. Based in Scott County, TCLF is an online market where farmers and local food producers can promote their own products directly to consumers throughout the Twin Cities. In addition to running the online market, TCLF offers other services to farms and buyers that improve access to locally and sustainably produced foods.
